Where We Deliver
Delivery must be to the credit card holders address unless prior arrangement has been made by CAMPER GLASS if so details can be given in the notes section of your order you can also request a delivery address here and we will notify you if there are any problems. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by standard post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered we try our best to despatch all order for next day delivery but please allow 3-5 working days as once the item has left the building it is out of our control.
How we Deliver
Products are generally delivered either by Parcel Force or Uk Mail who will require a signature on delivery. Items can not be left in a safe place i.e shed, in back garden etc
Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 2.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay nevertheless all goods will be delivered within 30 days. We only ship within uk mainland, some deliveries may incur and extra postage charge to certain remote areas

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition, if you do not receive all your products please call or e-mail to confirm they have been dispatched. All damaged goods must be notified to CAMPER GLASS within 7 days
Please check your order carefully prior to fitting. We are not responsible for fitting/removal costs, if an item is faulty it is the customer responsibility to return that item to the seller. We have a very strict quality control system so do our utmost to ensure that this is avoided however all items MUST be checked BEFORE FITTING to avoid inconvenience to yourself.
All items need to be checked and we must be notified within 7 days if you suspect an item is faulty, DO NOT FIT A PEICE OF GLASS WITH DAMAGE, AS WE CAN NOT RECTIFY A PROBLEM ONCE FITTED
We are not responsible for incorrect fitting, fitting instructions for the most popular windows we stock are available on the main page of our website.
Please make contact with us if you suspect an item is faulty and we will arrange for the item to be exchanged for you.
Camper Glass have a 14 day returns policy. If you are unlucky enough to have a faulty product please contact us by email: email@example.com quoting your order number and we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We are here to help but just like you we like to go surfing and mountain biking at the weekend!
