Identify the body and panel

Confirm the Transit generation and length designation, then list front-side, sliding-door, middle-panel, rear-quarter and rear-door glass separately. A front-side pane listed across several lengths does not confirm the fitment of a middle or rear-quarter pane. For a boundary-year van, send photographs and the product link before ordering.

Check door arrangements and supplied quantities

Identify a fixed driver-side body panel versus a second sliding door. Check any SWB or twin-sliding-door exclusions on the exact slider. For rear glass, confirm which panes are supplied and whether existing heating, wiper or other features must be retained. Resolve differences between a product title and description before buying.

Plan the interior before choosing an opening

Mark the bed, kitchen and seating on a side-view sketch. Keep an opening mechanism accessible after furniture and blinds are fitted. Confirm the glass, trim and bonding materials together with your fitter.
