MUTEON 3-in-1 Sound Deadening & Insulation Roll – 7mm – 2.5m²

MUTEON 3-in-1 is an all-in-one vehicle insulation solution designed to tackle panel vibration, unwanted noise and heat transfer with a single product.

Its multi-layer construction combines 2mm butyl rubber, a 0.05mm aluminium foil layer and 5mm closed-cell foam, giving an overall thickness of approximately 7mm.

Supplied as a continuous 5m x 500mm roll, it provides 2.5m² of coverage and is particularly well suited to larger areas of cars, vans, campers and commercial vehicles.

Simply cut to the required shape, remove the backing and apply directly to clean vehicle metalwork.

Three-Layer Construction

Each layer of MUTEON 3-in-1 has a different role within the material:

2mm Butyl Rubber
The butyl base sits directly against the vehicle panel, adding mass and damping to help control resonance, rattles and vibration generated through the bodywork.

0.05mm Aluminium Foil
A thin aluminium layer forms part of the internal construction, adding strength and stability while complementing the acoustic and thermal properties of the material.

5mm Closed-Cell Foam
The foam layer helps absorb and isolate unwanted sound while also providing thermal insulation. Its closed-cell construction is moisture resistant, making it well suited to use throughout vehicle interiors.

One Product for Larger Areas

Combining the different materials into a single roll makes installation quicker and easier than applying separate products individually.

The flexible construction can be cut and shaped around ribs, contours and uneven surfaces, making it a great choice for van conversions, camper builds, vehicle restorations and audio installations.
