MUTEON Van Sound Deadening & Insulation Kit
Make your van quieter, warmer and more comfortable with the MUTEON Van Sound Deadening & Insulation Kit.
Each package combines two self-adhesive products:
- MUTEON Hex Sound Deadening Sheets – applied directly to the metal panels to reduce vibration, resonance, rattles and structural noise.
- MUTEON 2-in-1 Thermal Acoustic Foam – fitted over the sound deadening to provide additional noise reduction and help reduce heat transfer.
The materials can be cut and shaped around panels, strengthening ribs, doors, wheel arches, floors, roofs and bulkheads.

Please note: These vehicle examples are a general guide. The amount of material required will depend on the van’s wheelbase, roof height, window configuration and the areas you intend to cover. Long-wheelbase, high-roof or extensively insulated conversions may require the next kit size up.
Campervan Kit
A complete package for a typical campervan conversion where a larger area of thermal and acoustic insulation is required.

Easy to Install
Both materials feature a strong self-adhesive backing and can be cut using a sharp knife or suitable scissors.
For the best results:
- Make sure the metal surface is clean, dry and free from grease, dust and contamination.
- Apply the MUTEON Hex sheets directly to the metal panels.
- Press or roll the sheets firmly to achieve maximum contact.
- Fit the MUTEON Thermal Acoustic Foam over the sound-deadening layer.
- Cut and shape the materials around panel ribs, curves and contours as required.
