Delivery Guarantee:We take our packaging very seriously and do everything we can to protect it from breakages. However, if your glass does arrive broken, we’ll get a replacement out to you as a priority.
Shipping: We use a variety of couriers to give you the best delivery service possible, we constantly monitor their performance and breakage rates to ensure fast and efficient delivery for our customers.
Priority Shipping: If you are in a rush for your order, you can select “Priority” at checkout, and we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The cut-off for Priority shipping is midday, Mon-Fri.
Stock: We are one of the biggest importers of vehicle windows in the UK. Our glass is stocked at our warehouse near Lutterworth. We do our best to keep all items in stock at all times, but delays can happen, if an item is out of stock, please contact us via our webchat if you would like to know when it will be back.
